From production and professional packaging to container loading and shipment tracking, we carefully manage every stage of the delivery process to help ensure that your order arrives safely and efficiently.

Our delivery process is designed to provide our customers with a clear and reliable experience from the moment an order is confirmed until the goods are shipped.

1. Order Confirmation and Production

Once the customer and MLFURN have reached an agreement on the order, product specifications, quantities, pricing, payment terms, and other details, the order will be officially confirmed.

A partial deposit is required to begin the production process. After the deposit is received, we will arrange the production of the order as soon as possible.

Because most outdoor furniture orders are manufactured according to the customer’s requirements, production begins specifically for each confirmed order. Our production team will arrange the necessary materials, components, and manufacturing processes according to the agreed specifications.

During production, our factory carries out the necessary processes to ensure that the furniture meets the agreed requirements before it moves to the packaging and shipping stage.

2. Balance Payment Before Shipment

For international orders, the payment terms are normally arranged as a partial deposit at the beginning of the order, with the remaining balance paid before shipment.

The initial deposit allows us to purchase materials and begin production, while the remaining payment is settled after production is completed and before the goods leave our factory.

Once the final balance has been received, we will proceed with the final preparation, packaging, container loading, and shipment arrangements.

If required, customers can communicate with our sales team regarding production progress and shipment arrangements throughout the order process.

3. Professional Packaging for International Transportation

Outdoor furniture is generally much larger and heavier than ordinary consumer products. In addition, international transportation involves multiple handling and loading stages, so proper packaging is essential.

To help protect the furniture during long-distance transportation, our professional packaging team carefully prepares each order before shipment.

Depending on the product type, size, structure, and transportation requirements, we may use a combination of:

• Strong export cartons
• Protective materials
• Reinforced packaging
• Wooden frames or wooden crates
• Other suitable protective materials

Cartons help protect the furniture from dust, scratches, and general handling during transportation, while wooden frames or other reinforced structures can provide additional protection for larger, heavier, or more fragile items.

Our packaging team considers the characteristics of each product and selects an appropriate packaging method to reduce the risk of damage during handling, loading, unloading, and transportation.

The goal is to ensure that every piece of furniture is properly protected before it leaves our factory.

4. Freight Estimation

Because international shipping costs can vary depending on several factors, the final shipping cost cannot always be determined accurately at the beginning of the order.

Before production and shipment, we can provide the customer with an estimated freight cost based on the available order information. This estimate may take into consideration factors such as the order quantity, product dimensions, estimated volume, destination, and current shipping conditions.

However, the estimated freight cost is not necessarily the final shipping cost.

Since outdoor furniture is large and bulky, the final package dimensions and total shipping volume can only be accurately determined after the products have been fully produced and packed.

Once packaging has been completed, we can confirm the actual package quantity, dimensions, and approximate shipping volume and then provide the customer with the final freight information.

This approach allows the shipping cost to be calculated based on the actual packed goods rather than only on preliminary estimates.

5. Sea Freight for International Orders

Due to the large size and weight of outdoor furniture, international orders are generally shipped by sea freight.

Sea transportation is commonly used for large-volume furniture shipments because it is suitable for transporting bulky goods over long distances and allows multiple products to be consolidated into containers.

Depending on the order volume and destination, the goods may be arranged for container shipment according to the customer’s requirements and the available shipping arrangements.

Before loading, the packaged products are checked and organized so that the goods can be loaded into the container in an appropriate and efficient manner.

Our team pays attention to the arrangement of the goods inside the container to make reasonable use of the available space while helping to protect the products during transportation.

6. Container Loading

After the packaging process is completed and the shipment arrangements have been confirmed, the goods are prepared for container loading.

Our staff carefully arrange the packaged furniture according to the size, weight, and packaging characteristics of the products. Proper loading is important because furniture may remain inside the container for an extended period during international transportation.

The loading process is carried out with attention to product protection and space utilization. Where necessary, suitable protective and securing measures are used to help prevent excessive movement of the goods during transportation.

Once the loading process is completed, the container is sealed and prepared for departure.

7. Shipment and Tracking Information

After the goods have been shipped, we will provide the relevant shipment information to the customer for tracking purposes.

Depending on the shipping arrangement, customers may receive information such as the container number or Bill of Lading (B/L) number.

The container number can be used to identify and track the specific container carrying the customer’s goods, while the Bill of Lading is an important shipping document containing key information about the shipment.

With the relevant tracking information, customers can follow the progress of their shipment through the appropriate shipping or logistics channels.

Our sales team will also remain available to communicate with customers regarding shipment updates and related information when necessary.

8. From Our Factory to Your Destination

Our responsibility does not end when the furniture leaves the production line. We understand that successful international delivery requires careful coordination between production, packaging, freight arrangements, container loading, and shipment documentation.
